The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the hotel had a great location, close to public transportation and major bus routes. the concierge staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance.

The hotel had thin walls, resulting in noise from neighboring rooms. There were limited options for dining and breakfast within the hotel.

Lovely public areas, including reception, outside sitting space, and terrace with comfortable seats. Small pool with lovely loungers and quality towels. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Convenient location near the metro. Room amenities included robes, slippers, complimentary water, and nice toiletries. Helpful staff with local knowledge. Peaceful and chilled out atmosphere.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The concierge were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the metro station and major bus routes. It made exploring this city a breeze, with easy access to all the attractions. However, this location is perfect for those who want to explore the city, as it provides easy access to all the Lisbon attractions. It is also slightly outside the tourist district, offering a more authentic experience. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure you have a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food, including pastries that are definitely worth trying. The rooftop plunge pool and sunbathing area, as well as the gym and sauna, are nice additions to the facilities.

The lighting in the rooms can be a bit dim, which may not be ideal for those who prefer brighter environments.

The double bed I had requested for a couples getaway turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which wasn't very comfortable. Additionally, the swimming pool was more of a small plunge pool and could only accommodate two guests at a time.

I was really impressed with this hotel. I loved the location, which was in a quiet and safe area that was slightly out of the busy central area. The service was amazing, with room service and dry cleaning available. The staff was incredibly helpful and ready with restaurant recommendations. The amenities in the room were great too, with an in-room safe, microwave, and electric kettle.
